All in all, there
are approx. 70 acres of grass/pasture/hayfields, (including 20
acres of High Bred Bermuda hay), with separate paddocks/pastures for outside
breeders or boarding horses. The fence alone was $150K+. There are 2 wells
at the house, as well as 2 others, one at the guest house, and another
at the skinning/storage shed and former tobacco barn, (now used for storage).
