Later additions were made in 1982, and the house was totally renovated in 1999 with refinished original hardwood flooring, new carpet, all new designer wallpapers, window treatments, bath and kitchen accessories. The update included two completely new heating/ AC units, along with upgraded blown insulation and updated wiring as well as all new updated appliances. A Victorian style front porch is complimented by full back porch which is half screened. New lighting with ceiling fans were added in almost every room.

The pastures are LUSH with highbred Bermuda. All of the pastures planted in hi bred Bermuda or Tifton 77, with another 20 acres planted for round or square bales. This is prime fertile land that will grow almost anything.

In all, there are approximately 70 acres of grass/pasture/hayfields, (including 20 acres of High Bred Bermuda hay), with separate paddocks/pastures for outside breeders or boarding horses. There are two wells at the house, as well as two others, one at the guest house, and another at the storage shed and former tobacco barn, (now used for storage). The property has timber that could be cut at buyers discretion.

As a bonus, this is an outstanding hunting property with lots of wildlife. There are custom built deer stands and feeders, as well as a 4 acre stocked pond.
